TERMS OF LEASE

Rental fees are as follows:

20% of the item's full value for the first week of rental;
10% of the item's full value for each week thereafter.

Upon rental of item(s), Lessee shall provide Lessor with two checks. One check shall be for the full value amount of the rented item(s). The second check shall be for the amount of the rental fee. The full value check shall be held by Lessor until the return of the rented item(s).

Full value check for rented item(s) shall be returned to Lessee providing rented item(s) are returned to Lessor in same condition as they were found at the beginning of Lessee's rental period.

Lessee accepts full value responsibility for any damage which may occur to rented item(s) during time which rented item(s) are in Lessee's possession.
